I'm a big fan of having a plan for just about anything and writing a book is no exception. Having a plan is a great way to begin a new book project as it provides more clarity, confidence, and control over the process. And believe-you-me, writing a book IS a process.
Inside this short video, I talk about the difference between Plotting and Pantsing (two words that the writing community uses) and why plotting is a good way to go, and address some of the key things to consider when you're making your book plan.
Want to kick that up a notch and really understand how prepared you are to write that book? Why not grab my Free Book Planning Scorecard to see how ready you are.
