Fear and doubt don't really just up and disappear one day. I just practice living with them, like the roommates you can't get rid of or the unwanted dinner party guest who accidentally got the invite. It’s a constant effort, but what I've learned is that fear derives from risk and worry and both of those are based on hypotheticals, not realities. They take up time and energy thinking about the future which is unknown. We have to acknowledge the fear but not let it win. Watch to hear all about it.
