Why? Because writing a memoir is a tricky business. We don’t live in isolation so our stories always cross with other people. Other people who may still be alive and well, and not exactly up for being depicted in a book. So what to do? Write honestly and truthfully and under no guise and risk pissing people off or try to soften the blow by writing under a pen name? Inside this video, I talk about the decision I came to and how I decided to handle writing about people I know.\n.\n\n
